Do make sure you are happy with our Terms and Conditions before you book and pay for any sessions. Please note there is a specific paragraph relating cancellations, refunds and transfers for Reboot.

Note also, that if you cannot attend an event, you can cancel your attendance (follow the link in your confirmation email) which will enable the 'system' to immediately alert the next person on the Waiting List. 

If an event you would like to attend is showing as full, do add yourself to the Waiting List.  Should a space become available, the people on the list will be emailed in order. But you will only have one hour in which to take up the place before it is offered to the next person on the list. This is the only way you will be offered a place should one become available.
